In an age where the average person owns far more than they need, Stripped poses a thought-provoking question: What would happen if all those possessions vanished in an instant?
In Banijay’s compelling social experiment, participants are challenged to strip away every possession and discover what is truly necessary and what genuinely brings them happiness. Over the course of a month, they live by two simple rules: all of their belongings are taken away and placed in storage, and each day, they can reclaim just one item from their previous lives. Despite these limitations, they must continue their daily routines, turning what was once taken for granted into a test of modern urban survival.
Two seasons have aired in Israel, including a special family edition.
