This single-camera culture-clash family comedy revolves around a young multi-racial couple who tries to build a normal life together.

However, ‘normal’ life has its challenges when then husband comes from a bombastic African family who doesn’t have a word in their native language for ‘privacy,’ and the wife comes from a stoic European family who have never talked about their feelings in over 100 years.

How will any of them manage to agree on what ‘normal’ means?
